Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
Customers must return the item in its original packaging
The item must not be opened.
The item must not be used.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must be returned with its original receipt.
Additional conditions:
Customer must fill in the Refund Request Form and advise the solid reason for return of goods and refund, whimsical reason will not be allowed for return or refund. Strict Policy applies.
Such refunds could be bankruptcy, death, genuine error or product swap
Our General Policy is that we believe ""Goods once sold, should not be returned"" based on your decision to purchase. If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund. We reserve right for administration fee for refunds

Refund Shipment Cost: As in Industry Standard, In case of item return, customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping the goods back to our office / warehouse.
Refund on Sale Item / Promotion Item: Refunds on sale items are also permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items, however if the sale item is not acceptable by the manufacturer or the promotion company, such would be already highlighted in the sale section of the product page.
EXCHANGE: Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
PROCESS: Customers must contact us through the Web site prior to the start of the refund and return process. Customers will be provided with a return number before they may begin the return.

REFUND OF DIGITAL / SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
No refunds are permitted on the sale of digital products. All sales are final.
REFUND ON SERVICES
Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:
Refunds permitted for 100% if order for the "service is cancelled before 10 working days.
Refunds permitted for 75% if order for the "service is cancelled before 7 working days.
Refunds permitted for 50% if order for the "service is cancelled before 3 working days.
No Refund is permitted if less than 3 working days, however we may offer 30% as credit note for future use within 90 days.
Refunds are issued at the Sellers discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such
